my brother accused in 420 and 409 case want anticipatry bail at 9 lacs amount

A.Dear Sir,
There is no jacket formula for granting anticipatory bail and it never depends upon amount involved in cheating case. If Sessions Court rejects the anticipatory bail the Accused may definitely get such bail from the High Court, not to worry.
