I want to make a GPA for my land which is in litigation. the buyer is asking for GPA would it be safe for me to do a GAP registration. and what are the legalities should i mention in the GPA.

A.Dear client the doctrine of lis pendence will be applicable on your query and the buyer will have to face consequence because GPA and GPA registration are different matters.kindly go through experienced property lawyer

A.the dictum of lis pendence will be applicable and the buyer will have to face the consequence of the fate of the case. Beside property cannot be transferred by GPA unless the parties are relatives.

A.making a GPA and GPA registration are different matters. If you are made a party in the litigation any registration you make before teh Court`s decision will be lis pendence.
