I am working in a company from last 2 years I am a contract basis employee here I am 7th month pregnant I want to take maternity leave but they refuse to give any benefits to me what should I do

A.Dear client kindly issue a notice through lawyer for claiming of maternity benefits to your employer and send a copy of the same to the labour commissioner of your area.

A.Indian Labor Laws makes many provisions for pregnant women whether it is a regular female employee or contract female employee. You will definitely get the solution if you contact the relevant Labor Commissioner.

A.Send a notice of claiming maternity benefits to your employer and send a copy of the same to the labour commissioner of your area. It is advisable to take help from vidhikarya lawyer.
