Property litigation & Forgery Property litigation & Forgery

This legal fight is between a grandson and son of a oldman. My grandfather was under my financial support for more than 20 years. So In return, he partioned his house and gave half the property to his son 3 years before. Also, at the start of this year he did a proper registration of remaining property under my name. Unfortunately, he died recently. After his death, now, his son have sent a notice stating that entire property belongs to him. Also, we got a information from trusted sources that he is preparing forgery documents of property under his name. How to overcome and tackle this situation?

A.Please be in possession of your portion of the property. Apply for an encumbrance Certificate to find out if any document has already been registered. If there is any such document or he tries to dispossess you (tries to vacate you), please give a police complaint

A.If the property is registered to you then taking it over by preparing a forged document wil not stand in Law easily. I need to know what is that registered document? a sale agreement ? or what ?

Hi sir. Thanks for your reply. It is not a sale agreement. It is like a will agreement (property Transfer) under my name.
