Dear sir/ mam, I have to say that my husband is habitual of doing frauds of money. Recently he applied a personal loan without my consent behind my back and lost all money in share market. And the bank is asking for EMI of the loan. He has been doing such frauds for last ten years since we got married. The bank is about to file a complaint against me for not paying the loan. Because of that my career is suffering. I m well qualified and working as professor. Also I m trying for better job. What should I do to get rid of this bad habit of my husband. Is there any legal action for such matters. Plz give advice.thanku

A.Dear Madam,

You can get issue a legal notice to your husband and make him liable for all the liabilities of the family. Further you may send standing instructions to the concerned banks not to sanction loans without your specific consent.
