A.Dear client First tell me that what was the matter of your Petition ? What order has been passed by Division Bench of High court? Had u filed it against the order of Single Bench of Bombay High court.? There is separate procedure for every type of Petitions.

Dear client send me copy of order of Division Bench. Let me see what order has been passed by Division bench. If the order is correct then Supreme Court will dismiss your case at the motion hearing stage. Also note that charges of Supreme Court Lawyers are too high and if your petition is not admitted u will loose your money in litigation. So let me see the order first.
