Please help me out

I got married on 11 th dec 2017. After the fight i came back to my mother house on 17 jan. I want divorce from my husband. We have agreed for mutual divorce but last wed my husband has sent me notice in which he has mentioned me as a wrong character. I called him to ask regarding the notice but he is not receiving my call. I am depressed. What to do now. I cant afford lawyer. Please help me out.

A.sometimes both can mutually file a petition for divorce.

A.dear client A Person cannot issue notice regarding Character of a Lady, reply can be drafted & issued by lawyer. mutual divorce can granted after 6 month to one year. You can get free legal service from your Legal Forum,help center or welfare centre.

A.First of all ma'am you can not file a divorce suit before completing 1 year of the marriage. And, second of all you can contact to your District Legal services Authority or National Commission for Women in India for an advocate.

A.1st of all be clear as to what you want. Divorce or you want to stay? secondly you can approach district legal service authority for advocate.

A.Mutual divorce need some materials ie.... Legal notice ect. After some time both can mutually file a petition for divorce.

A.Firstly, you can not go for divorce within one year of your marriage. Secondly, there must be a valid reason for divorce.
Thirdly, your husband has played so nicely by taking first step.
Now all you can do is to revert him in the same manner as he did to you. You will have to keep ur points and prove his allegations wrong, otherwise you wont be able to get those post divorce benefits made specially for the women..
