regarding mental abuse regarding mental abuse
my ex girlfriend cheated on me in the name of marriage..It's been 26 months since we broke up..But I can't forget her I still want to marry her..I do not feel like doing any work.. I do not understand anything, what to do, how to convince the girl that she should agree for marriage...I feel like committing suicide because I cannot live without that girl...Can't message or call the girl, she has put a complaint in my name that this boy is harassing me by repeatedly calling me...Sir please tell me any legal way so that I can talk to the girl and make her understand...I can't stop my mind.. I am in mental depression...my brain is not working..If I commit suicide out of nervousness then who will be responsible for it?I tried to talk to the girl's father as well, but he did not listen to me; on the contrary, he threatened to kill me...Who can help me in this matter.. Please suggest any legal way...

A.Dear Client!

I understand your situation. But one thing is clear that you are in deep love with the person who does not love you.

Now coming back to legal opinion, I can say that you cannot directly approach her. But through your common friends you can pass on your message to her and try to convince her.

Legally if she has borrowed money from you, then you can file a complaint against her and this way you both might have a chance to talk and then you can express your thoughts to her. Again it depends on the circumstances.

Hope this resolves your query.
