Cyber crime - contacted by another state police

I was contacted by another state police from his personal number and said I was in some online girls scam where he got my number from
He said that I have to pay him some amount to divert the case or they’ll file an FIR
A.Dear Sir,
If you are really not involved then you may keep quite otherwise you have to seek the help of local advocate of that State and get a full information about the registration of FIR if any and get anticipatory bail if required and also go to High Court to quash such FIR.
