Joining issue

In my uan member service history listed two companies. First company i didn't work i just submitted the documents for joining and joining is same day also they didn't provide offer letter and didn't sign any other documents . The problem is they created uan joining date and ending date is same
New company ask me to provide first company documents also i don't have documents what should I do how to prove about this issue to new company
A.Just ask the previous company where you didn't joined to issue a letter that you have not joined them and that UAN was created in anticipation of you joining.
