Already She was in relased on condition bail ,Ordered madurai bench court She should be in every day before 10 am in trail court thanjavur.But Problem Is, Same trail court having another two cases judgement proceeded, During imprisonmented.Now What she will do,If agreed going to sign,what will happen next.

A.Dear Sir,
It is a bailable offence so even if conviction judgment are passed if bail is offered it will be granted easily. There is no dangerous situation for the Accused.

A.Dear Client!

I understand that you are talking about sone lady who got bail in one of the cheque bounce case with the condition to appear on dates before the Trail Court.

Also there are other 2 more cases pending against her. If she gets imprisonment, then you need to show those details to the Court who had given the bail.
