Hi sir, a picture is sent in which plantiffs and defendants shares a a property according to court order…..i have a small clarification for applying family tree,….. plantiffs have sold out their property share…now defendants wants to register their property so we required family tree certificates to be applied my small question is should we mention the plantiffs name also in family tree or can we avoided Since plantiffs have sold their share ??

A.Dear Sir,
In the family tree u can't avoid mentioning of any member of your family. Further such family tree may be taken either from Revenue Authority or get it notarized on Rs.200/- E-stamp paper as per Karnataka Rules are applicable.

A.Dear Client

I guess when you are saying family tree you mean the legal heir certificate. Whosoever is part of the family regardless of whether he has sold or retained his portion must be part of the family tree as it is a fact.
