Dear sir/madam,

We are 4 sons for our father, My father has 5Acre land in his own name.. he is asking us to divide the property for all uniformly and do settlement deed. But we don’t know where we have to start.From Land dividing to Registration process. Kindly some one guide us the procedure. Shall we start from VAO to divide the land to all brothers or we have to approach Land surveyor.Kindly guide.
