my college does not send my final examination form and asked not to sit there are total 20 students due to short attendance but they allowed who give money to administration. we give examination form including with fie of 2000 per head . why they are doing so and they asking money who refuse he will not allow to attend examination in medical college

This is the violation of Principle of Natural Justice by Institution. You can a file a suit against them in the court. You can say that they didn't give you the chance of personal hearing. And you should also told the court about the fraud they are doing by taking money.
