Transferring ownership of property/ land/ building

Is there any other way to transfer ownership of my property /land/building to anyone without me going to the registering court office ????
If Yes, then, what are the documents required for this????

The General rule related to Transfer of Property is that property of any kind may be transferred and this property can be movable or immovable. Property of any kind can be transferred from one party to another.
Every person competent to contract and entitled to transferable property, or authorized to dispose of transferable property not his own, is competent to transfer such property either wholly or in part, and either absolutely or conditionally, in the circumstances, to the extent and in the manner, allowed and prescribed...
A conveyance deed is executed to transfer title from one person to another. Generally, an owner can transfer his property unless there is a legal restriction barring such transfer. Under the law, any person who owns a property and is competent to contract can transfer it in favour of another.

A.you have not mentioned the facts of the case. However transfers are not made inthe courts, they are executed at the registrar's office and it job of few hours on a single day. For details, pl. contact somelocal advocate through vidhikarya.com
