Me and my brother took home loan together but from last 5years he is not paying the emi then what should be the legal action I can take against my brother (their is no any contact regarding loan Between me and my brother)

When a loan is taken in joint name then even if one of the loanee is not paying the other have to keep paying else the account will become NPA.
