A.Dear Sir,
U can file RCR at Family court to get your wife back. But before stepping into seeking legal remedy get your elders from your family and have a healthy discussion, if the same fails then as a last resort u can seek legal aid.

A.Hello Sir,
File a case in the court Under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 which states restitution of conjugal rights.
The purpose of restitution of conjugal rights is that the Court should intervene in a matter and because one party may have deserted the other, direct it to join the company of the spouse. It is obvious that such an order is to be passed so that the matrimonial home is saved and the married couple can live together.

A.Hello,
You can file a Restitution of conjugal rights under section 9 of the Hindu marriage act. This section seeks to safeguard conjugal rights as it will prevent a person from staying away from the married partner without any valid reasons.

A.Dear client
If your wife is not coming back then you can file a case for restitution of conjugal rights under the applicable law.
