Divorce case verdict

Hi, I have filed Divorce case in Family Court Bangalore ( Hindu Marriage). The verdict is passed and that is against me. Can we apply for revision of same in Family court or we need to go to high court only ?

A.Dear Client,
The best option for you would be to go to the High Court against the judgment of the Family Court.Normally the Judges are in the rank of District and Sessions Judge in a district.Once it has gone against you means the Judge will not admit his mistake and you are likely to be affected adversely.
The choice is yours.
