Resignation and Widrawal of resignation letter as mc member in a cooperative society

I was a Mc member of a cooperative society and was functioning with the functioning of the society I have written many letters and there was no reply there is a misuse of funds by the mc member. Later I withdrew my resignation
Resignation date 24th April 2023
Widrawal date 28th May 2023 May 28th the was an MC meeting - My resignation was not in the agenda there was no quorum.
The acceptance date of my resignation chairman was sent on 30th May 2023.
Can I challenge the acceptance all other MC member are ready to support.

A.Dear Client,
Resignation from a post or position is a voluntary act of the person who tenders resignation and in the absence of provision of withdrawal of resignation either in Byelaws or otherwise, the resignation once submitted cannot be revoked and acceptance or non-acceptance of resignation is solely depends upon the discretion of the concerned authority. Further, resignation can neither be agenda of any meeting nor required any quorum or resolution for acceptance of a resignation. If you any way changed your mind to withdraw your resignation, you should inform you it before its acceptance, otherwise after acceptance of resignation you have to approach the competent authority, i,e, the Registrar of Society for review of your resignation from the EC of the Society.
