My passport has been flagged by ED for not submitting Bill of entry to the bank. I mailed them twice to issue me a letter with the current date so that I can ask Hyderabad Airport to issue me a Bill of entry as it is a 10-12 yrs old case. A.Dear client,

Communication with the ED: Continue communicating with the ED via email or any other official channels to request a letter with the current date. Clearly explain your situation and the need for the letter to resolve the issue related to the Bill of Entry. Be polite and persistent in your communication.

Consult with a lawyer: Consider seeking legal advice from a lawyer who specializes in matters related to the ED or immigration law. They can provide guidance on the specific legal steps to take, assess the situation, and help you navigate the process.

Gather supporting documentation: Collect any relevant documents or evidence that may help support your case, such as records of previous attempts to comply with the requirements, communication with the bank, or any other relevant paperwork.

Follow up with the bank: Contact the bank and ensure that you have fulfilled all the necessary requirements related to the Bill of Entry submission. Seek their assistance in resolving the issue and obtaining the required documentation.

Approach the Hyderabad Airport: If necessary, reach out to the Hyderabad Airport and explain your situation regarding the Bill of Entry. Inquire if there are any alternative procedures or documents that can be provided to address the issue.

Legal recourse: If all attempts to resolve the issue fail, you may need to explore legal options. Your lawyer can guide you on the appropriate course of action, which may include filing a petition or seeking a court order to have the flag removed from your passport.
