A.Dear Client,
A legal heir certificate issued by the competent Civic Authority, i.e, Municipal Authority meets many purposes of general importance, like a certificate of Family Tree, in case of partition suit, transfer of ownership of motor vehicles, in the claim of benefits under social security laws etc. Any document by a lawyer notarized shall not be treated or considered as equivalent to LHC or a succession certificate. A succession certificate is required for acquiring the title of property of the deceased owner who left the property intestate.

It is a succession certificate. A succession certificates in family law give the person who owns them the power, as stipulated in the document, to collect interest and dividends on their assets and negotiate and transfer those assets. To and from the holder of the succession certificate, any payments received on behalf of the deceased person are valid. An essential reason for acquiring a succession certificate is for the reasons mentioned above. An Indian succession certificate may be used everywhere throughout the nation.
