Hii sir
Iam here to tell you about my legal issue that

My grandfather was expired recently and my grandmother also expired an year ago
And we recently got to know that my father's brother had got registered of our grandfathers land after 15 days of my grandmothers death
My Father's brother and my grandfather both have done that registration of some amount of his land to my father's brother wife (i.e my aunt) as that she as bought the land
Now he claming that he had bought the land
And he asking us for money and extra land for ours share of property registration

Sir I want to know that the registration is legal because it was done without knowing to me and my father and I am was a major too.
And can I file a case against it
Please guide me sir how to handle this situation

A.Dear Client,
If both of your grandfather and grandmother expired leaving the property intestate, i.e, without any Will, then surviving legal heirs including your father is entitled to an equal share in the intestate property. A partition suit is required to get the individual share in the said property. In the prevailing situation, you need to consult with an Advocate for guidance and steps.
