PTZ Camera Near Boundary Line of Agriculture Land PTZ Camera Near Boundary Line of Agriculture Land

I am having constant threat to my life from my neighbor. So we have installed PTZ camera in our field 10 feet away from the boundary line that separates my land and neighbor land. My neighbor is worried that camera can be tilted and focused on his side. To get the camera removed he raised a complaint in police station saying they and their workers use the field for open air defecation so my camera can focus on them and record it. As my neighbor is uneducated he is creating this kind of reason just for the sake of making a case here. I have expained to the police officer abouts the threats we have received from our neighbor and referenced the CSR's registered in them, PTZ camera is needed to focus on his side in case the threat is received from the neighbor land because of something like stone thrown on us etc. They always use abusive words standing close to the boundary line. Is it illegal to have the PTZ camera turn the focus towards neighbor field incase of human intervention close to boundary line or just to monitor for any threats? We have kept it just for security reasons. How should we go about this?

A.Dear client,
You have the right to do anything as long as it is in your land. Please file a complaint under section 504 of IPC against your neighbour for insult and 503 IPC for criminal intimidation

A.Dear Sir,
You have legally installed your camera and if police direct you to remove the same for any reason then approach the High Court and get a positive order in your favour.
