Fake civil case remedies

Fake civil case filed by a petitioner based on false facts, false affidavits and false evidence. How to recover the money that was lost in transfer of this case to my state- upwards of 1.5 lakh? How to get 192 ipc registered against the plaintiff and their repreentative(not lawyer) for filing a fake case knowingly just to harass respondent? Case is at written statement stage after transfer.

Section 499 - Defamation: This section deals with cases where a person makes a false and defamatory statement about another person with the intent to harm their reputation. The punishment for this offence can be imprisonment for up to two years, or a fine, or both.
