A.Dear Client,
If the cost price of the bike differs with respect to the year of manufacturing and features of the vehicle then you can serve a legal notice to the authorized Dealer/Retailer of the Bike Company. A vehicle manufactured in the previous year can be sold in the current year if the MRP or bargaining price and features/quality of the vehicle don't differ or contradict each other. However, in case any difference is noticed, then a complaint may be filed against the Vendor/Seller of the Vehicle for deficiency in service and unfair trade practice before the Consumer Court claiming replacement of the vehicle or refund of the cost price of the vehicle along with compensation for harassment.
