1. My name is Rakesh Chauhan and I was trapped in ACB Case in Godhra Gujarat.
2. I have personal receivable from my friend since 3 years and on 25/04/2023 he called me to give my money back; so that I went to his given location by my car.
3. He took my car and give me my money which was corruption money ( I don't know His Boss and the complainants)
3. I had deposited it in my bank account and I had been arrested by police from my home.
4. I got bail after 4 months and everywhere I found loss. My lawyer also cheated me and asking more fees which I already had paid.
5. I have to out from this case so guide me and my lawyer is not helping me to get back my car,mobile and bank account.
Guide me for this my lawyer is also not giving me NOC
