A.Dear Client,
It appears that being allured by the fake whats app message of the online data entry job, you were trapped by the digital fraudsters to extort money from you on either pretext with ulterior motives which is a criminal offense both under I T Act and IPC. So, just ignore their message, text or contact and block the connection. However, on receipt of any demand for money, you should inform the matter to local police station and Cyber Crime cell and serve a legal notice to their referred link and once you report the scam to the Police Station and Cyber Crime Cell, they may immediately block their link to hide their identity from social media to avoid criminal prosecution and legal consequences for the proven scam. Taking advantage of the unemployment crisis, the fake entities engaged them to trap the unemployed youth to extort money in digital platforms with fake identities. So, as explained above, in the given situation, serve a legal notice to the fraud entities before they serve you and bring the scam to the notice of the Police Station and Cyber Crime Cell with all the relevant documents, and sources to enable the investigating authority to find out the fraudsters and take appropriate action against them.

A.Dear Client,
For the time being, this is what you should do-
Stop Communication: Cease all communication with the company immediately. If they contact you demanding money or making threats, do not engage with them further.

Document Everything: Gather and save all correspondence, emails, text messages, and any other communications you had with the company. This documentation may be crucial if you need to report the fraud.

Verify Their Legitimacy: Try to find information about the company online. Look for a physical address, a working phone number, and a legitimate website. If you cannot find any of this information or if it seems suspicious, it's likely a scam.

Report to Authorities: Report the incident to your local law enforcement agency and provide them with all the information you have, including the documentation you've saved.

Protect Your Personal Information: Since you've already submitted your Aadhar card, monitor your personal information closely. If you suspect identity theft, consider freezing your credit reports and contact the relevant authorities to report the identity theft.

Block and Report: If you received the job offer through WhatsApp or any other messaging platform, block the sender and report them if possible.
