So we were caught smoking cigarettes in garden and they took aadhar and photo and signature on 110/117 act. Will this be seen on my profile ever digitally? Will this affect my passport later?

A.Dear Client,
The Aadhar card and photograph you provided when caught for a violation like smoking in a garden under Section 110/117 of a specific act are not typically associated with your digital profile or passport application. These actions are generally related to local or municipal regulations, and the information collected is usually used for administrative purposes related to the violation or to maintain records of such incidents.

These records are not part of your permanent digital profile or likely to affect your passport application unless they are related to more serious criminal offenses that would be recorded in your criminal record. Smoking in a garden is generally not a serious criminal offense that would affect your passport application or become part of your permanent digital profile.

However, it's essential to be aware that specific local regulations and practices may vary by jurisdiction, so it's a good idea to check with local authorities or seek legal advice if you have concerns about how this incident may affect you in your particular location. Generally, minor violations like smoking in a public place are not expected to have long-term legal consequences for your passport or digital profile.
Thank you.
