Minor Kids maintanance From Father in Law in Islam

My husband passed away in 2021, I have on 4 years old baby boy. I am leaving independently by doing job. How I will get maintenance/school fees from My In Laws as they are the legal guardians In Islam but they are not doing in support to my kid.
