Refund from university

Hello sir,ma'am
I wanted to know can i claim full refund from university after a month and half if they cancel my admission by saying that i don't have enough attendance ( attendance is short because of some genuine medical reason).

You can claim a refund of your admission or tuition fees from the University, provided if it is refundable as per the policy of the university on cancellation of admission. If the required attendance is the criteria is considered for refund of admission or tuition fees, then for poor attendance, the university may reject your claim. However, if poor attendance is caused on medical grounds, then you can represent the matter to the concerned authority of the university for consideration.
