Tenant didn't pay rent No rent Agreement Tenant didn't pay rent No rent Agreement

This girl shifted along with her dog on 20August from Bhilai to Nagpur.
I handed over keys of my furnished flat to her but at that time she had given me 1000₹ as the token money and rest 5500₹ was to be paid in a day or two.

After which she told that she will pay rent on 28 August and then kept on delaying it.

I have whatsapp chats and the tenant-owner information from and her aadhar card copy.

In the chats she has clearly mentioned that she is sorry and she will pay the rent asap.

Now she left on 6th September to bhilai when I wasnt home and hasn't come back.
Now she isn't picking my calls and neither is she replying to my texts.

What can I do?

She doesnt have any valuables which could compel her to come back as the flat was furnished and all she would have would be a handful of clothes.

What actions can I take?

A.Dear client,
If the tenant refuses to pay the rent amount (mentioned in the rent agreement) exceeding 15 days after the due date, the landlord has the right to file the eviction suit.
