Court me case me adhar card dena jaruri he? Kya usake badale hum election card nahi de sakate?

In India, both the Aadhar card and the Voter ID card (election card) are primary identity documents, but according to the constitution, your Aadhar card is considered a primary identity document. If Aadhar card is required for any official or legal process, you can use it as a primary identity document.

A.Dear Client
Any identity card which confirms your identity is good enough to be provided to the court. Aadhar is not mandatory and even the voter id card can be given for the same.
