A.Dear Client,
If your offer letter says that after serving a certain period of training you will be provided a joining letter or you will be absorbed on the permanent roll of the company based on your satisfactory performance in the training period, then on cessation of the training period the audit firm asked you to sign an agreement or contract of employment to absorb you on the permanent roll of the Company. The letter of joining as a trainee and the letter of joining as an employee on the permanent roll of the Company are different aspects and dealt with differently. Sometimes joining letters are withheld on the grounds of unsatisfactory performance during the training period. In the prevailing situation, you may write to the Company about your joining letter and certificate of experience and on receipt of a negative response, you may bring to the notice of the Chief Inspector, Shops and Establishment or the concerned Labour Commissioner for redressal of your grievance..

A.Dear Client,

Carefully review the employment agreement that you signed, including the terms and conditions, any clauses related to training, joining, and certificates. Pay attention to the timelines and commitments mentioned in the agreement. Maintain records of all communication and correspondence with your employer, especially any promises made regarding your joining letter and auditor certificate. This documentation can be valuable if you need to pursue legal action. If you believe your employer is acting in violation of the terms of your agreement or applicable labor laws, you may consider filing a formal complaint with the appropriate labor authority in your jurisdiction. As a last resort, you can initiate legal proceedings against your employer if you believe your rights have been violated. Your lawyer can guide you through the legal process.
