Developer not adhering to DA Developer not adhering to DA

Our Redeveloper is changing Payment Clause for additional area purchase than the one listed in DA. DA says 10% upon booking and rest as per RERA schedule but he is asking for 25% each quarter irrespective of status if work and not leaving anything for member to object as we would have already paid 100% payment. Managing committee is also favouring Developer and telling us that Dont go as per DA as look at practical situation. Who is safegaurding Members interest. Likewise there are more such clause which he is playing with. This is just one of it.

A.Dear Client,
Since the real estate project is an approved project of RERA, for any deficiency on the part of the Promoter/Developer, you need to lodge a complaint to the Adjudicating Authority under RERA against the Promoter/Developer for deficiency in service and unfair trade practice for redressal of your grievance. Now, complaints can be filed online before the RERA for redressal of grievances following the steps mentioned in the manual for lodging complaint available on the official website of RERA.

If the developer is not adhering to the RERA schedule or violating any other regulations, you can consider filing a complaint with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) in your state. RERA has the authority to investigate such matters and take appropriate action.
