I have Signed an agreement given by online Data entry jobs.a message from lawyer have come to me that they have filed a case in mahastra is they real or fake what to do know..?sir kindly give a solution for my issue
A.Dear Client,
When you join the Company for online data entry job you must have a copy of your offer letter/Agreement you signed and if that offer letter is silent on the subject or without any specific terms stating that in case you leave the job before the assigned period or poor performance of assigned jobs, you have to pay compensation for deficient service or to face legal Consequences, then on receipt of legal notice or message from the Advocate of the Company informing you that the company has filed a case against you, bring the matter to the notice of the local police station by filing a GD/FIR and consult an Advocate for guidance and further course of action to find out the veracity of such message.
