A.Dear Client,
Sec.463 IPC defines forgery as whoever makes any false document or false electronic record or part of a document or electronic record, with intent to cause damage or injury, to the public or to any person, or to support any claim or title, or to cause any person to part with property, or to enter into any express or implied contract, or with intent to commit fraud or that fraud may be committed, commits forgery. As per Sec.465 of IPC, whoever commits forgery shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to 2 years or with the fine or with both. So, in the prevailing situation, after serving a legal notice to other directors of the company, file a criminal suit under Sec.463 of IPC against the Directors of the Company seeking appropriate relief. Reach out to an Advocate with all relevant papers in support of the allegation of forgery of your signature for serving a legal notice to the Company and filing of criminal suit against the persons involved in the forgery.

A.Dear Client,
You should file a formal complaint with the appropriate authorities, such as the police or the relevant regulatory agency for financial fraud. Submit any evidence you have that demonstrates the fraudulent use of your signature.
