Landlord have 3.5 power load and tenant wants more load i.e. 10 ?What to do?What is the duty of landlord and tenant in this situation?

A.Please have a talk with your landlord and if he fails to help you then do go to the electricity board of your state and get the meter regularised.
Such extra load may be given to you upon deposit of some extra amount compared to the amount of load you want.
