Is fir possible on a unregistered will..on the basis of the fact that it was used in a government office and the civil court case is also pending..i say that the will is forged and fabricated and the signature on the will is not of the owner..the opposite party is saying to police that they will not give their original forged will for investigation to the police..is FIR possible in this case???

A.Dear Sir,
yes police can forcibly seize the document and sent the same to FSL department for examination after registering FIR since it was used in government office also.
