Can the passport also be changed as per the Aadhaar card

My given name in passport is first + middle + surname and in the Surname field is my father’s name. All my other documents like PAN Card Aadhar, Driving Licence contain properly first + middle name and in surname filed my surname is there. Can the passport also be changed as per the Aadhaar card.
