Bank account freeze by cyber cell

Respected lawyer,i have earned 30L in three months through online site by betting in dafabet and i losed all that amount again but my bank account is freezed due to some fraudulent transactions when I went to cyber cell they taken my mobile and not giving they kept sections 66(C)67(D) IT act 2008 and 419,420...what should I do they are not giving my mobile I'm ready to tell all truth
