there are certain guidelines relating to premature release of life time imprisoned prisoners issued by Maharashtra Home Department relating to categories and sub categories eligible for such release. these guidelines were also discussed in Bilkis Bano's case where jurisdiction for the grant of remission was discussed, there guidelines were probably update din 2015 or 2010. can anybody help me out in providing information about these guidelines updated ones.
