He appointed youth of area as a agent and collect consent of residence by paying them money. Some youth make fake document of neibour and took money from builder . When Bhawani construction submit these consent in BMC ine RTI activist Santosh don't kar open candle and Bhavani Constructions owner Mr Dinesh Jain and some agent jailed. After some period one another builder filestone Realtors won by Prakash asgaonkar came in area and he also appointed youth as agent and collect consent of residence by giving money to them. He also purchase consent of residence which collected by Dinesh Jain Bhawani construction and submit proposal for Redevelopment in BMC. After submitting proposal Prakash asgavkar bank corrupt and he change finetone realter directorship to Sahana group of Sudhakar Shetty and his colleague. The current committee vighnaharta society not object in this matter , residence of BIT chawl where also not inform this changes. The vighnaharta society is under builders influence so they taking every decision which is profitable and beneficial to builder. Vighnaharta society is against residence.
Residence complaint to BMC for this fraud and Mal practices of builder and also vighnaharta society. Vighnaharta society didn't take any General Meeting of Residence how can be BMC approve Redevelopment proposal of society.
Now vighnaharta society announce special General Meeting on 13 February 2024. My question is

A.Dear Client,
In a sequence of formal and informal incidents with their corresponding outcomes, specific inquiries are addressed. If a meeting is convened in accordance with the Society's Bylaws, as a member, attendance is expected. If the meeting reaches quorum and passes a resolution with a majority vote from present members, you must comply with the resolution, even if you were absent. Regarding not attending the meeting, the response aligns with the explanation given for query number one. As for the ability of the society to pass resolutions in the absence of residents, it follows the same principle—if the meeting meets quorum and passes resolutions with majority votes from present members, those resolutions must be adhered to, regardless of the absence of certain residents.
