A.Dear client,
In that case you first need to send a legal notice and then try all means before a litigation is made.
The right of your forefathers should not be taken away, certain land laws are applicable here in.
For better grip of the matter consult a civil advocate from your area who expertise's in such matter. Lodging a civil suit might take time but if you have enough documentation you will get a required judgement.

Thanks

A.Dear Client,
Reclaiming ancestral property can be a complex legal process, but there are steps you can take. First, gather all relevant documents related to the property, including the original mortgage deed, records indicating your family's ownership, and any recent transactions. Consult with a property lawyer in Hyderabad who specializes in real estate matters. They can guide you on how to approach the local revenue authorities or courts to challenge the unauthorized transfer and fraudulent entry in the patadar column. It may involve filing a suit to establish your rightful ownership and rectify the records. Legal professionals can provide specific advice based on the details of your case and the current laws in Telangana. Ensure you act promptly and consult with experts to navigate the legal complexities involved in reclaiming the property.
Thankyou
