Dispute between land owner and builder

I have purchased a flat at Gola Road Patna. Builder has made registration of flat in my name. but builder and land owner have some dispute among themself. Land owner has locked my property in his possession. Builder has shared possession letter and registration in my favour. what could be possible solution in my favor from court?
A.Dear client, you can file a petition in the civil court for possession of land. You can also file a complaint on the land owner for giving your property.

For the internal dispute between the landowner and the Builder, the registered Buyer of the flat should not suffer.
