About cheating of money transfer

Sir/Madam, my friend is working in a firm as an accountant, he has drawn money from the organization with out intimating the authority. But the amount is drawn in the form of cheques signed by the authority. Now the authority is taking action on him. But he is telling that the cheques and all papers are signed by the authority.
Please give suggestion how to solve this problem.
A.Dear client, your friend will be made liable if he has taken money from the organization without the consent or intimating the respected authority. Even though the cheques are signed by the authority there must be permission from authority to withdraw.

Apart from the police complaint over the misappropriation of company funds, your friend has to face disciplinary action to be initiated to prove the misconduct of dishonesty and your friend may face termination from the service for proven misconduct and he may lose all scope and hope to rebuild his career. So, praying guilty your friend needs to settle the matter amicably with the employer.

It is better to settle the matter with the Management otherwise if Police complaint is given your friend may be put into jail and charge sheet will be filed and case will be run for 4-5 years.
