Private money lender harassment

My friend took an amount of 30k on my bike and he attempted suicide after one week and I was unable to withdraw my bike from them..it’s 3 months now and I called him to pay the amount and take my bike but he is saying that my friend took 30k at 19%interest per month I.e 5,500 per month and asking me to pay this amount or else he will sell the bike he is messaging and calling me several times in a day and forcing me to sign on NOC there is no paper written for the amount taken what can I do
