A.Dear client, there is no law which favours any students with respect to any exam in the country. You have to write the exam under the guidelines issued by the one's who conducts examinations.

A.Dear sir
If regular attendance is not required then you can appear for final year B.Ed exam. Otherwise you have to seek extra ordinary leave and get such permission to complete your final B.Ed.

A.Dear Client,
Here, the governing policy or rules of the concerned College or educational Institute from where you are pursuing the B.Ed course shall prevail over the law. If the policy of the college or institute does not allow a student of a regular course of B.Ed to appear in the final exam while in service or employment, you have to appeal for permission to the concerned college or institute for the same and to inform your employer too, Otherwise, your degree will be of no use and you may face other consequences for breach of relevant policy either from the concerned institute or from the employer or even from both. The law does not support a proven breach of an established policy or rules of an establishment.
