Agriculture Land Purchased in Gujarat from Non-Farmer Seller.
I hold farmer status in Gujarat, so I can buy agricultural land in Gujarat. Recently I purchased agricultural land but later on, I got to know that the previous seller did not hold farmer status.eg. I am A, purchased land from B (he is a farmer), and B purchased land from C (he is not a farmer).so is my purchase legal? or the Gujarat government can seize/detain my property?
