Spouse having affair in her office

Hello, if a spouse is staying seperatelty from her husband for almost 5 years and having an affair in her office with a male colleague. Can male spouse report this incidence to her office and request that ,both his spouse and the other male colleague be separated to work from different office or released from their duties
