Extra amount for completion of project Extra amount for completion of project

Our Builder went bankrupt and society filed case and it was going nowhere. So, new sales member intervened and told that we will give extra amount for completion of project.
Now how to show this extra amount? Is there any way to show it as help to builder? Or need to do stamp duty again which will also add gst amount

A.Dear Sir,
First enter into MoU from the builder and get a deed from him that he has no rights over the property then go for second option as suggested by sales member.

A.Dear Client,
Once a matter is subjudice before a Court of law, unless the Court permits the third party to complete the project, a third party can neither take up the job nor ask for extra money from the flat owners which involves complex questions of laws applicable to the subject. You may consult with a real estate consultant/expert or a CA for more clarification on the subject and for need-based steps to navigate the issue legally in the right way.
